If you leave outside of the covered area, your orders will be available for pick up at Sapiens Kitchen. Alternatively, meals can be picked up on mutually agreed time at the location along major highways or crossroads. Please call us (480) 771-5124 or email in advance to make such arrangements. If an arrangement is approved, please choose the “Pick up at Sapiens Kitchen” option to complete your order.

All Meal Prep orders are delivered weekly, on Wednesdays, between the hours of 11AM and 8PM. Alternatively, the meals can be picked up at Sapiens Paleo Kitchen, Wednesday-Thursday, 4PM-9PM. Please indicate your shipping preference for DELIVERY ($12.99) or PICKUP at the time of order placement, in the shopping cart. If your shipping address is outside of the delivery area, your order will be automatically changed to “Pick Up at Sapiens Kitchen ONLY”. Order cut off deadline, on the preceding SUNDAY by midnight. All orders placed after 11:59 PM on SUNDAY will be delivered on Wednesday, the week after the following week (e.g. Order placed on SUN, July 7th will be delivered on WED, July 10th, however order placed on MON, July 8th will be delivered on WED, July 17th). IN MOST CASES WE WILL ACCOMMODATE “LAST MINUTE” ORDERS (PAST ORDER CUT OFF DEADLINE). HOWEVER, PLEASE EMAIL US AT MEALPREP@SAPIENSKITCHEN.COM OR CALL (480) 771-5124 TO CONFIRM THE PRODUCT AVAILABILITY.

Our freshly prepared meals arrive in microwavable, recyclable containers. In case there isn’t anybody to accept the delivery, Sapiens Kitchen may leave the meals with a trusted party (neighbor, colleague, etc), according to the customer’s instructions in the DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS box located on the CHECKOUT page. Please be sure to clearly state your delivery instructions at the time of order placement. If you missed our delivery and/or were unable to secure an alternative location or a party to accept the order on your behalf, the entire order will be taken back to Sapiens Kitchen, where you can pick it up, in person, Wednesday-Thursday, 4PM-9PM.

If the meal is not picked up on Friday by 9 PM, we reserve the right to discard the entire order and no refunds will be issued. All meals must be refrigerated and consumed within a 7-day period. Sapiens Paleo Kitchen is not responsible for any meals left without supervision, improperly stored or used not as intended. No refunds will be issued for purchased meals.

The following menu options are available under A La Cart menu selection: PALEO Combos, KETO Combos, Add-On Proteins, Add-On Sides, Add-On Sauces/Spreads and Add-On Desserts/Bread. All menu items prepared in strict adherence to Paleo nutrition principles and DO NOT CONTAIN GLUTEN/GRAINS, DAIRY, SUGAR, SOY, CORN, BEANS, TRANS-FATS, GMO, VEGETABLE OILS ( i.e. Canola, Peanut, Sunflower etc), PROCESSED INGREDIENTS AND FOOD ADDITIVES. AIP vegetable substitutions available. All dietary preferences (AIP, KETO, McDOUGALL, allergies, etc) must be requested in the DIETARY RESTRICTIONS box located on the CHECKOUT page. The menus will change bi-weekly and will be posted every other Sunday, after midnight. Please call us to discuss your specific dietary needs.

Meal Prep Subscription is a great way to automate the process of getting freshly prepared, high-quality meals every week, without missing a day. Unlike our Seasonal Paleo and Vegan “A La Cart” meals that must be purchased every week for uninterrupted deliveries, Meal Prep Subscription is renewed automatically, weekly,  unless cancelled by the customer during the subscription period.

The benefits of the Meal Prep Subscription:

2)Assures worry-free, uninterrupted delivery every week.
3)Helps to faster reach your optimum health goals by maintaining consistency in your daily diet
4)Perfect for custom meals with complex dietary requirements

To begin your subscription please register using the MY ACCOUNT button. The password will be emailed to you and can be changed later in MY ACCOUNT. After registration, proceed to the MEAL PREP SUBSCRIPTION page, select your desired weekly meal quantity ( 5,6,7,8,9,10, 11,12,13,14 or 25 weekly meals) and any Add-On items that you’d like to receive weekly, in addition to the meal combos. The item quantities can be further adjusted in the VIEW CART. Complete your checkout by filling out all required fields and entering your credit card information. To better tailor your meals, please be sure to let us know about your DIETARY RESTRICTIONS by listing your allergies and dietary requirements like VEGAN, KETO, AIP, McDOUGALL etc.  The rest is a very straight forward process – Chef Aurore will prepare complete meal combos based on your preferences and the available choices of the freshest produce and proteins. All meals will be delivered each Wednesday to the location specified in your order (please refer to DELIVERY AND PICK UP for more info). Unless you choose to pick up your meals in person, a delivery fee of $11.99 will be added to your weekly subscription charge.

To make changes to any of your personal information, including name, username, password, shipping address, and telephone number click on the MY ACCOUNT button. To make any changes to your Meal Prep Subscription you must CANCEL your existing subscription in MY ACCOUNT and place a new order on the MEAL PREP SUBSCRIPTION page. All cancellations and changes to ongoing subscription orders should be done on preceding Sunday by midnight (e.g. Orders scheduled for delivery on Wed, July 10th should be cancelled no later than preceding Sunday, July 7th. However, if the order is canceled on Monday, July 8th, the ongoing charges may be incurred). For any changes to already processed A LA CART menu orders or refunds please call us at (480) 771-5124 (please leave a message if the operator is not available) or email to mealprep@sapienskitchen.com. No refunds will be issued for purchased meals due to improper handling and/or storage.

Information we collect to effectively fulfill your meal prep orders and other purchases: 

1. Personal Information, such as your name, user name, physical address, email address, phone numbers and other similar identifiers.
2. Usage information, such as your interaction with our website, app, blog, ip address, etc
3. Purchasing Information, such as product and service preferences, dietary restrictions, delivery information, cancellations, refunds, returns, subscription status, etc 
4. Limited payment information. When you use a credit card to make a payment on sapienskitchen.com, we retain only the last four digits of your credit card, card type and expiration date, however we do not collect or retain your full credit card information. Your payment goes directly to a merchant service -TSYS, a subsidiary of Global Payments, through a secure gateway service provider – Authorise.net. Authorize.Net is a United States-based payment gateway service provider, allowing merchants to accept credit card and electronic check payments through their website and over an Internet Protocol connection. 

Sapiens Kitchen does not share your information with third parties, however we may share your information with intermediaries for shipping, delivery and billing purposes and other intermediaries that may provide a service for Sapiens Kitchen to help us operate our business, our website or administer activities on our behalf. These companies do not retain your information or share it with any other parties.

Protecting your information from unauthorized disclosure is very important to us. We use the industry standard technology to protect the security of your information. We have taken certain physical, electronic, contractual and managerial steps to safeguard the information we collect from you. Unfortunately, no data transaction over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. The website operator is not a subject to the privacy and data security requirements of Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( GLBA) or Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own.
