Chef Aurore accommodates all allergy dietary restrictions and fully supports KETO (Ketogenic Diet), VEGAN, Whole30, Celiac/Gluten-free and AIP (Autoimmune Protocol).

Sapiens Kitchen is offering freshly baked Paleo Bread, Waffle Tartines and Desserts. Like everything on the menu at Sapiens Kitchen, our baked goods are true to the Paleo principles and contain no Grain, Soy, Dairy, Processed Sugar, GMO or Trans Fat. Typical baking ingredients include “flours“ from root and tuber crops (cassava, sweet potato, chufa, Peruvian maca, etc.), healthy seeds, vegetables, and high-quality oils (olive, avocado, MCT, etc). Not only you will find our products to be nutritionally superior to the conventionally baked goods, but also tasty and versatile enough to become staples. Sapiens Paleo Kitchen is offering full-service catering for any occasion. Rental arrangements, waitstaff and bartender services are available.
