Celebrate New Year’s Eve with Sapiens Kitchen! DINE-IN or TAKE-OUT. Chef Aurore will be serving a fabulous 3-course menu Prix Fixe ($79) featuring Chilean Sea Bass, Grass-Fed Filet Mignon, Muscovy Duck and Vegan Entree. Kids’ menu available ($20). DINE-IN seating times are 4PM, 6PM. Reservations required. Take-Out orders must be placed in advance, by Monday, December 29th. Sapiens Kitchen is offering a special Family Dinner Take-Out. All Family Dinners designed to feed 3-4 people and each includes your choice of one common protein (Pasture-Raised Chicken, Grass-fed 24oz bone-in Ribeye($57), Alaskan Salmon, Paleo Meatloaf, and Duck), a variety of seasonal vegetables and chef Aurore’s special sauce.
